My first article debuted this month much to my enjoyment. I love to
write romance, but decided my ingenuity for sweet gestures could
help others share their romance...especially for Valentine's Day.
While I was driving home from a writer's meeting, I brainstormed BE
MINE: 9 VALENTINES ON A DIME. I submitted it, hoping the editor
of ALAMANCE WOMAN would find some merit among the ideas. The
next day I got great news...and a month later my words are in black
and white. I can't tell you how excited I was to walk into a business
and see the magazine on the stand, much less flip to page 10 and see
my name included in such a professional publication. Plus the
editor mentioned me in her Editorial!
I'd love to know what you thought about my suggestions! For this

The prize will be a selection of notions designed to rev up your
